    Running With The Night - Marcus Allen - 17 Bob Trey O

    I had dinner with a buddy tonight, and after I notified him that I had recently started a football blog about 1980's football, he couldn't stop talking about his love for Marcus Allen (and, specifically, Allen's famous 74 yard run in Superbowl XVIII). We couldn't stop reminiscing about Allen and the 80's Raiders, and it prompted me to find and post the following highlight of Allen's 74 yard run. According to the video, the play that was called for that run was 17 Bob Trey O, and famous broadcaster John Facenda described Allen as "running with the night".  Enjoy the video below.

    the music in the video gives me chills and watching the greatest run in sb history just doesn't get old. WOW!
